Quality clothes and welcoming to all. There is a lovely place towards the back where you can sit for a spell and even read the books on the shelves. They have fliers for local activities and businesses. I wish they weren’t out of the seed balls… would’ve loved to plant some surprise native Hawaiian plants in my yard.

Justin was extremely helpful. This was an 5 star positive experience. My favorite Patagonia front zip sweater zipper broke. This item was well over 10 years old. Because it would need to be sent out to have the zipper replaced, they offered me a same-day replacement with an updated model. This is why I’m a life long Patagonia shopper. Also the store in Honolulu HI on Oahu is epic and the staff was both friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond + they gave Scooby my dog water and love.

AMAZING store!! It’s HUGE. Selection was outstanding and of course, the Pataloha options are iconic! Staff were so friendly and helpful, not pushy whatsoever. Great experience here!

I visited the Patagonia store in Honolulu, located at 535 Ward Avenue, on Monday 10/17/22. It was my first visit and I was very impressed with the store. It was huge…I mean surprisingly big! In addition, the store had a great selection of merchandise and a nice area to hang out with a laid-back island vibe. It was clean and the merchandise was nicely arranged amongst cool décor. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and asked if I needed help. I did need help. The reason for my visit was to see if I could return a pair of boardshorts. I purchased a pair of Patagonia boardshorts about a week prior from my local REI in Colorado. The boardshorts were bought specifically for my vacation to Oahu and I wore them 3, maybe 4, times before I noticed that a seam had begun to fray. Christine took a look at the frayed seam and asked if I had my receipt. I didn’t have a receipt and I told her that I bought them from REI back in Colorado. She said this store did not carry that style of boardshort but she looked up the price and showed me which shorts were available for an even exchange. I picked a new pair and Christine completed the exchange and then I browsed around the store. I have been a Patagonia customer since the late 80’s and I believe this is the first time I have returned an item. Patagonia certainly came through on their “ironclad guarantee” and Christine provided excellent customer service from the time I walked in until my exchange was complete. I was very satisfied with the effortless transaction! I highly recommend visiting this store. It is well appointed and has an authentic laid-back vibe. If you visit and need help, ask for Christine!

I LOVED interacting with the store associates, especially this woman with short hair, she was really nice and patient with what I was looking for regarding Christmas presents for my family. Leading up to my fascination with the "Pataloha" merchandise which seems to be a local store exclusive. 😎🤙

Flagship store situated conveniently near downtown, the beaches, and several places to grab a beer. Super convenient to help deal with lifetime warranty claims. Plenty of gear for all activities on the island, plus many Honolulu-specific shirts and merch items. Pricey, but high quality. Repeat visitor.

Today was my first time exchanging a Patagonia item that was worn out, and it was a wonderful experience. My 5 year old rain jacket wasn’t so waterproof anymore. I took it in and asked the first available employee and they just said “oh yeah, that just happens. No problem just exchange it.” They offered an upgrade to a lighter more modern version, but didn’t push it on me at all. All the employees were very helpful and friendly. I already loved the jacket, but now I’m a believer in their lifetime warranty!

Cool store! Lots of outdoors gear and clothes. Trendy open space with places to lounge and refill your water containers. Friendly staff that aren’t pushy.
